Items that are in stock will ship within 24-72 hours (business days) once the
order is received. Orders placed after 12 noon will be received on the morning of the
following business day. If an item will be delayed or if an item is on backorder,
MTB Store will contact the customer via email and the customer will be given
the option to cancel the order if the wait time is too long, and will be
issued a full refund if requested. Shipping and delivery days are considered
business days (i.e., Monday through Friday excluding holidays).
MTB Store makes an honest effort to keep up with current inventory as time permits. Items listed on the MTB
Store website may occasionally run out of stock, but we do what we can to keep the site updated.
Items will ship via United Parcel Service, Federal Express, or the United
States Postal Service. Selected carriers may be substituted for convenience at the sole discretion of MTB
Store.
MTB Store ships to the United States only. We no longer ship
internationally. We do not ship to APOs, PO Boxes or other
non-residential addresses, hotels, etc. Shipping addresses that differ
from the credit card holder's billing addresses are subject
to additional verification.
